John Abaci has been practicing law since 1994. Since 1998, he has provided legal advice as an assistant city attorney and as special counsel for additional public agencies.
John typically represents municipalities in litigation in a variety of areas, including personal injury, inverse condemnation, nuisance abatement, disability and civil rights. He also regularly advises public agencies on a wide range of matters including government claims, law enforcement, personnel, public records, and public works, among others.
Prior to joining Walter & Pistole in 1998, he was a deputy district attorney handling consumer protection and insurance fraud prosecutions.
